| TYPEQUICK'S network licencing solutions are designed to offer
multiple students access to the TYPEQUICK program. In-built reporting and
assessment tools enable an accurate snapshot of the student's progress at any
time. Powerful administration and reporting tools for teachers and
administrators store and provide information on students using the
courseware, which lessons they have accessed, their level of speed and accuracy
per lesson and date it was last completed. |
| |
| Concurrent User Network Licence - Every
student that can access the fileserver where TYPEQUICK is installed can
use the TYPEQUICK course. This licence limits the number of concurrent users
(the number of students using the course at any one time).
|
| |
Example: Sample State High school installed a 10
concurrent user network licence on their school network. This means a
group of 10 students can use the course at 10am and another group of 10
students can use the course at 11am. The software will store data for any
number of students.
|
A 10 concurrent user network licence is our basic School Network licence. You
are able to add to the number of concurrent users.
|
| |
| Pay by User Network Licence - This option is ideal for
colleges, community colleges and Not-for-Profit organisations as it allows you
to pay for training as required whilst benefiting from TYPEQUICK's powerful
administration and reporting tools. This option is perfect for large
institutions with multiple fileservers and departments or for those offering e-Learning
training.
|
| |
| The TYPEQUICK product is installed onto a server machine with pre-paid Pay by
User licences. As students access the program, licences are ticked off from the
TYPEQUICK database. Additional licences can be added by contacting
Typequick. No user history is lost when increasing licences allowing additional
users to be added whenever required. This solution will run across a WAN,
LAN, or Intranet and training can be billed to the correct department. |
| |
Example: Mr Smith from the Sample Community College offers to teach
touch typing skills on Thursday nights using TYPEQUICK. He purchases a Pay By
User Network licence with 15 pre-paid licences and installs TYPEQUICK on their
network. The first class made up of 15 students will use the 15 pre-paid
licences. Mr Smith runs another class on a Tuesday night. He receives 20
enrolments. He contacts TYPEQUICK purchases another 20 licences for the Tuesday
class. TYPEQUICK stores data for all 35 students.
